Use of Tech Suits for swimmers aged 13 years old and younger
As part of Swim Ireland’s continued commitment to supporting swimmers of all ages a new policy regarding the use of Tech Suits ( SKINS ) for swimmers aged 13 years old and younger (age as that prescribed by the meet entry conditions) will come into effect from 1st September 2020. This policy has been developed after consultation with clubs and coaches and centres around several key rationales.

EDUCATION
All parents MUST have covid 19 officier course completed before their duty.

After completion you need to send the cert to secretary
To ensure that at each gala there are enough qualified representatives, all swimmers parents must complete the following:
Mandatory training
Junior provincial and retention squads: safeguarding 1 and vetting
Junior national: safeguarding 1, vetting, official course 1 and 2
Senior national squad: safeguarding 1,vetting, official course 1 and 2
Division swimmers: Safeguarding 1, vetting, official 1, 2 and 3
